Prohibited Transactions

General Bonus Conditions: All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be requested for withdrawal. All sports bets, including cricket betting markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers series, are subject to the specific rules displayed on the relevant betting market at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, bd5999's decision, made in accordance with the applicable market rules, shall be final. bd5999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns.
5. Intellectual Property & Platform Use
All content on the bd5999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of bd5999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of bd5999.

Exclusion of Consequential Loss
